A managed job search service

Your job search,
run by a team.

You are not here to learn software. A dedicated team builds your positioning, writes and tailors every application, sends them when hiring managers are actually reading, and opens conversations on your behalf. You show up to the interviews.

One 30-minute call to start. Nothing to install, nothing to learn.

What we do for you

The whole search, off your desk

Everything a serious job search demands and nobody has the hours for. Your team handles all of it, and you keep the part that actually needs you.

  • Positioning

    A strategy, not a template

Your team reads your history properly and decides how you should be presented: which roles you have a real claim on, which story to lead with, and what to stop apologising for.

  • Sourcing

Roles found before you see them

Sixteen job boards are swept every day on your behalf. Duplicates and dead ends are stripped out, so nothing reaches your shortlist twice and nothing worth seeing is missed.

  • Screening

Only the openings worth your name

Every opening is scored against your profile before anyone acts on it. Roles that cannot realistically say yes are filtered out, so your campaign stays credible rather than loud.

  • Applications

Every application written for its role

No blast, no template swap. Each opening gets a resume rewritten for that job description and a cover letter written for that company, checked by your team before it goes.

  • ATS

    Documents that survive the screener

Applicant tracking systems read text, not design. Your documents are built so every title, date and keyword comes through the parser intact instead of being quietly discarded.

  • Timing

    Sent when recruiters are reading

Hiring teams clear their queue in a morning block. Your applications are held and released inside that window for the role's own timezone, not whenever a script happened to run.

  • Outreach

    Conversations, not just submissions

Your team identifies the hiring manager or talent lead behind a role and opens a direct conversation in your name, so you are a person to them rather than a row in a queue.

  • Visibility

    A campaign you can watch

A live view shows everything sent, opened, replied to and scheduled. Check it whenever you want reassurance, ignore it entirely if you would rather just get the weekly readout.

  • Discretion

    Handled discreetly

Most of our clients are employed while we run their search. Your campaign is confidential by default, your materials stay private, and you decide who is approached and who is not.

Your onboarding

Four steps, and only two involve you

From first call to first interview. Nothing to install, nothing to configure, no software for you to learn.

01

A 30-minute intake call

We start with a conversation, not a form. Your team learns what you have done, what you want next, and what you would turn down.

  • Where you are now and what you are trying to leave behind
  • The roles, levels, industries and locations you would say yes to
  • Salary floor, notice period, visa or relocation constraints
  • Companies to approach first, and any you want left alone
30 minutes, one call You: Talk to us for half an hour.
Step one

Tell us who you are and what you are after

This is what your team reads before the intake call, so the call can be about judgement rather than paperwork. Only the fields marked are required — everything else sharpens the targeting and can wait for the call.

About you

With country code, if you would rather we called.

No file chosen

PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF or TXT, up to 8 MB. A link works just as well.

Where you are now

What you want next

Two or three titles you would genuinely say yes to.

Where you can work without sponsorship, and where you would need it.

A floor is more useful to us than a wish.

How we should run it

These are excluded from sourcing entirely. Nothing goes out to them.

We reply within one business day. Nothing is shared with an employer without your approval.

Inside your campaign

What is happening while you work

You never have to touch any of this. It is here because you should know exactly what you are paying for.

Running for you

A shortlist built while you sleep

The difference between a campaign and a spray is what gets left out. Your team sources widely and then cuts hard, so every application carries your name somewhere it belongs.

  • Sourced every morningSixteen boards swept daily, deduplicated against everything already seen, so the shortlist is always new.
  • Scored before anyone actsEach opening is graded against your master profile. Weak matches never reach an application, let alone your inbox.
  • Reviewed by your teamA person checks the shortlist against what you said on the intake call, including the companies you asked us to avoid.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up

What the arrangement actually is, what we will and will not do in your name, and how your information is handled.

  • One 30-minute intake call, then approve the positioning your team writes. After that the work is ours: sourcing, writing, sending, following up and reporting. Your remaining job is to read the weekly readout and turn up to interviews.

  • Your team does, working from the master profile built during onboarding. Tailoring each resume and letter to a specific role is assisted by our own tooling, which is why the volume is possible, but the positioning, the target list and the standard are set and checked by people.

  • Yes, and only from materials that are true about you. Applications and outreach go out under your name, from your own history, with your approval on the positioning. We do not invent experience, impersonate you in interviews, or misrepresent who you are to an employer.

  • That is the usual case. Campaigns are confidential by default. You tell us on the intake call which companies to leave alone, including your current employer and anyone close to them, and those are excluded from sourcing entirely.

  • As many as genuinely fit, up to the pace you choose. At full pace that is 100+ applications a day, but only openings that clear the quality bar are ever sent. A smaller, better-targeted campaign is always preferred to a loud one.

  • Tell your contact and the targeting changes that week. Most campaigns are recalibrated once or twice early on as you react to real shortlists, which is far more useful than trying to specify everything perfectly on day one.

  • Applications start going out within days of you approving the positioning. What happens next depends on your market, your level and the roles you are targeting, so we do not promise a timeline. What we do commit to is volume, quality and a written account of both every week.

  • Your profile, documents and pipeline are held in your own private workspace and are not sold, shared or used to train anything. Email access is limited to sending on your behalf. When your campaign ends, you can have the whole record exported or deleted.

  • Book the intake call. You will speak to the person who will run your campaign, not a salesperson, and you will know by the end of the call whether this is worth doing for your situation.

Still weighing it up?

Book the intake call and ask directly. You will speak to the person who would run your campaign, not a salesperson, and you will know by the end of it whether this is worth doing for your situation.
